Senior Estimator

We’re seeking a self-starter who is motivated by challenge and change. The candidate shall be detail-oriented and able to work on multiple tasks while meeting project deadlines. The Estimating Department is involved in each IPM project from conceptual design through construction. The Department’s primary responsibility is to manage and determine the estimated cost of construction and provide leadership to assure the project scope and quality remains in alignment with the budget. Estimators manage bidding,
