Advertising Sales Rep

The Addison Independent is seeking a dynamic, experienced advertising representative to join our team. You’ll work with both new and established clients, selling a mix of traditional print and exciting digital advertising solutions across Addison County and beyond.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, has strong communication skills, and enjoys working directly with businesses to craft personalized marketing strategies that help them grow. If you’re excited about representing established marketing plans as well as innovative digital platforms, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted marketing consultant for local businesses, understanding their needs and crafting tailored advertising campaigns.
• Maintain regular contact with clients—via phone, email, and in-person visits—ensuring strong, ongoing relationships. An average of 10 sales calls per day is expected.
• Collaborate with our design team to develop engaging ad campaigns and guide clients through the entire process, from concept to final product.
• Meet sales and production deadlines, ensuring timely and effective ad delivery.
• Actively participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute to the success of our team.

• Commission-based pay structure, with potential earnings between $40,000 – $65,000 per year
