Evening Activities Assistant

CGC looks for creative, energetic individuals to work in their evening family programs. Pay is stipend and benefits include room and board. This position can easily be combined with other positions to increase your weekly income! Positions available from July 26-August 15.

This position involves:

• Working as a part of a team to lead engaging evening programming during the three weeks of Camp Common Ground;
• Taking direction from the Program Director and Camp Director;
• Arriving on time for the entire scheduled shift;
• Preparing supplies and coming up with activity plans;
• Light cleaning and tidying to make sure spaces are sanitary and clean;
• A sense of humor, enthusiasm, patience and self control. Evening activities staff must come ready to be goofy and lead a crowd!

• Experience working with children and families
• First Aid/CPR and lifeguard certification a plus
