Landscape Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct daily operations of a team of 1-4 crew members
• Ensure quality control, safety, and punctuality
• Provide exceptional customer service that meets or exceeds expectations
• Communicate effectively with Area Managers and Account Managers
• Supervise daily preparation of trucks, equipment, and inventory
• Perform various landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Assist with sweeping, spring cleanup, bed edging, mulching, lawn aeration, lawn seeding, lawn renovations, plow remediation, brush hogging, spring and fall cleanups
• Perform snow removal during the winter season

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and handle the physical demands of the job
• Valid and insurable driver’s license
• Prior experience in a leadership role
