IT Assistant Manager

**Position Overview: **
As the Information Technology Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the infrastructure, compliance and end user environment of our computer network. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing our ability to provide services to our community.
**Key Responsibilities: **- Expected to be hands on and flexible in meeting CSAC’s technology needs.
- IT help desk and troubleshooting functions to provide excellent customer service to CSAC staff concerning their IT needs.
- Assist in the planning, organizing, maintenance and evaluation of CSAC’s operations of information systems
- Responsible for managing agency phone system(s) and cell phones.
- Responsible for Security/Phishing training.
- Assist as able in design, creation and generation of reports, forms, dashboards, and other data base management statistical material and information.
- Provide orientation to new users of how to use appropriate technology. Helping to ensure provision of individual training and support on request.
- Interacts effectively with a wide range of individuals and organizations within and outside the agency. Also interacts courteously with clients and other agency personnel in providing and/or assisting with client information.
**Qualifications: **- Bachelor’s Degree in a computer related field is desired. The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of experience managing and working in an IT capacity preferably in a healthcare environment utilizing EMR/EHR software, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
- Work experience in healthcare and strong business and management skills preferred.
- Knowledge of networking, system administration, data warehousing, business intelligence, and information security
- Experience with technology assessment, database management, procurement, contract and vendor management.
- Ability to effectively prioritize, direct, and execute tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively support end users with varying levels of technological expertise
Minimum Starting $58,000
