    The HR Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the mission of TVT and contributing to a positive work environment.

    $2500 SIGNING BONUS!

    Primary responsibilities include:

    • Internal & external job postings, responding to applicants, scheduling interviews
    • Creating new hire and annual benefit packages
    • Assisting employees with questions and completion of required forms
    • Assisting with payroll
    • Distributing memos & mail
    • Tracking and obtaining employee compliance documents
    • Organizing and maintaining complete and confidential HR digital and paper files
    • Assist with company morale events
    • Other duties as assigned
    • This position requires a high level of professionalism, the ability to maintain confidentiality and the ability to maintain a positive attitude as well as strong organizational and computer skills. One year of previous experience in a Human Resources role or associate’s degree in related field required.
