Home Health Aide (LNA)

Do you enjoy the independence and satisfaction of one-to-one patient care? 

We are seeking an energetic, dependable LNA to fill a part-time Home Health Aide position, working full time, 30-40 hours per week.  Duties include providing direct patient care as part of a multi-disciplinary care team. 

Candidates must be available to work days and occasional weekends and must possess a current Vermont LNA license.
