    In Country H2b Dining Room Server-Seeking servers with experience in fast-paced, fine dining. The dining program at Basin Harbor is exceptional. The reputation and appeal of our multiple dining venues is one of tradition and quality. 

    Assistant Beverage Manager-Assists the Beverage Manager to provide high quality servicing of all beverage service including but not limited to any and all Basin Harbor bars, and banquet and function needs.

    Banquet Manager-The Banquet Manager is responsible for managing the pre-planning, execution, and breakdown of all banquet functions, while delivering exceptional guest service to the client and event participants. During the season this position is responsible for the overall operations of the Ranger Room Poolside Lunch Buffet and Hattie’s Pies.

    Cafeteria Chef-The Cafeteria Cook is responsible for ensuring Basin Harbor staff receives top quality food in our cafeteria. Applicants seeking H2B in-country extension may be considered for this position. 

    Dining Room Manager-The Ardelia’s Dining Manager is responsible for the overall guest experience at the Ardelia’s Dining Room. This position oversees all front of house operations for the restaurant and is responsible for staffing & scheduling accordingly. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced fine dining restaurant.

    Dining Room Server-Seeking servers with experience in fast-paced, fine dining. The dining program at Basin Harbor is exceptional. The reputation and appeal of our multiple dining venues is one of tradition and quality.

    Dining Services Supervisor (Captain)-The Dining Services Captain supervises and coordinates banquet events and dining service as assigned, assisting service staff as necessary. Also, implements and ensures Basin Harbor policies and procedures are followed. The Captain provides sincere service through actions that display self-confidence, grace and courtesy to guests and colleagues.

    Event Server-On-Call Event Servers at Basin Harbor supplement the serving staff on an as needed basis for primarily evening and weekend events, often until late hours. This position is available to local applicants only – housing is not available for on-call staff. 

    Food Truck Short Order Cook-Basin Harbor’s waterfront food venue, the Flagship Food Truck offers our guests a high quality, fast service dining option. The Food Truck Chef operates as part of a team to prepare made-to-order casual meals for our guests and owners. 

    Host/Hostess-The Dining Room Host or Hostess greets guests shows them to their seats, and assists the serving staff and the Dining Room Captain or Manager to provide Basin Harbor guests with an enjoyable dining experience.

    Red Mill Bartender/Server-The Red Mill Restaurant boasts an  impressive selection of favorite liquor, wine, and brews, including many signature local creations.  Guests and locals alike enjoy the casual ambiance of this renovated saw-mill packed with Basin Harbor nostalgia.    Red Mill bartenders will also work some shifts as Red Mill servers.

    Red Mill Host/Hostess-The Red Mill Host or Hostess greets guests, shows them to their seats, and assists the serving staff and Manager to provide Basin Harbor guests with an enjoyable dining experience.  Red Mill Host staff are also regularly scheduled as Food Truck and Hattie’s Pies outlet attendants.

    Red Mill Server-The distinctive décor featuring rough-hewn beams, antique farm equipment, and walls covered in Basin Harbor nostalgia makes The Red Mill Restaurant a resort favorite. The renovated sawmill features the best fresh and local food ingredients, along with signature Vermont brews, including our own Red Chair Ale. It is a casual dining experience you will appreciate.
