• Facilities Support Associate

    Our Safety & Maintenance personnel are the behind the scenes employees who ensure our grounds and facilities are always safe and secure. They also lend a hand with general maintenance and other tasks as needed.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Patrol Duties: You'll be patrolling designated areas on foot or in a vehicle, keeping a keen eye out for anything unusual and recording your patrols.
    • Safety Audits: You'll perform preventative equipment and facility safety audits using provided checklists.
    • Surveillance: Monitoring cameras and gates from computer monitors will be part of your daily routine.
    • Alertness: Watching for irregular or unusual conditions that could pose security concerns or safety hazards is crucial.
    • Emergency Response: In case of fire or unauthorized persons, you'll sound alarms or call authorities.
    • Rule Enforcement: You'll warn violators of rule infractions like loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden items.
    • Access Control: Permitting authorized persons to enter the property and monitoring entrances and exits will be part of your duties.
    • Incident Reporting: Investigating and preparing reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities is essential.
    • Assistance: Providing courteous and professional assistance to employees and visitors is a must.
    • Maintenance Tasks: You'll complete various bottling, production support, and maintenance tasks as requested.
    • Vehicle Policy: Abiding by the company vehicle policy and speed guidance when using vehicles is mandatory.

    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience as a production operator in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining product quality.
    • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
    • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
    • Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
    • Physical agility and stamina for standing, bending, and lifting.
    Immediate opening: 3rd shift - 6pm to 6am-starting at $21/hr
