Fusion Site Coordinator - Ferrisburgh Central School
Posted: 03/23/2025The Fusion Afterschool Program at the Ferrisburgh Central School is looking for a skilled person with a passion for working with students, to serve as the Fusion Site Coordinator. This position is up to 20 hours per week in the afternoons when school is in session and six weeks in the summer.
The Fusion Site Coordinator will ensure a smooth day-to-day operation of the program. The Site Coordinator will be on-site supervising staff and students during all program hours. Non-program hours will be spent facilitating program administration and school-day connections.

Job Requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Follow and maintain a budget for each program session for salaries, supplies, etc.;
- Generate requisition requests with all required documents;
- Recruit and hire Fusion Instructors that bring in different enrichment opportunities;
- Create and organize sessions throughout the year;
- Create flyers, newsletters, registration forms for students and families to promote participation;
- Implementation of placing students in classes, sending spot confirmations, and sending students and families any additional information if needed;
- Create rosters and attendance sheets;
- Sign students in and out;
- Supervise snack from 3-3:15pm;
- Follow and implement YPQA each year;
- Complete Site Level Annual Report each year;
- Maintain all staff and student attendance and enrollment records at FCS Fusion in TransAct;
- FCS Fusion State Reporting using TransAct;
- Review and approve FCS Fusion timesheets prior to Director to ensure they are all completed and check for calculations and errors;
- Attend all mandatory meetings, conferences, and trainings;
- Work in collaboration with school day staff, students, parents, administration, and community partners;
- Work with FCS main office to help maintain after school plans for those students enrolled in Fusion;
- Manage recruitment and retention of students in Fusion;
- Order and Organize snack for each day of program operation;
- Sub as needed for Fusion Instructors
- At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
- Associate degree preferred.
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required
