Personal Care Attendant / Private Duty Caregivers

ACHHH is looking for responsible, reliable individuals, age 18 years and older, who are interested in providing care to elderly/disabled individuals within Addison County.  Care attendants assist with daily care, meal support, and homemaking activities.  Experience is a plus. A valid driver’s license is necessary, and travel is required within Addison County; mileage is reimbursed. Case assignments include day, evening and weekend hours. Training and support is provided by staff.
