Lake Champlain Maritime Museum is in search of qualified on-water trip leaders for Teen Expeditionary Programs. The summer is broken into four programs: one day camp and three expeditions. First, Kayak Building Camp, is a three-week day program where teens build their own 17′ sea kayaks. The School Programs Educator works as part of a team that facilitates field trips to the museum. One of our field trips focuses on lake ecology and includes paddling with students and water quality testing. Another focuses on the history of the American Revolution in the Champlain Valley.
