“I don’t care what the mission is as long as I get to help staff work through challenging situations, ensure compliance with State and Federal laws, and update the employee handbook every year!” - said no nonprofit professional ever. We get it. What drew you to your organization was probably more mission-oriented because let’s be honest: you care about people.
Which is why this seminar is for you! You can’t help people outside of your organization if you’re not taking care of the people who make your mission come to life–your staff. Join Sarah Audet (Principal, Hedgehog + Fox Collaborative) and Helena Van Voorst (Executive Director, United Way of Addison County) for a panel discussion with local nonprofit professionals who know a thing or two about the HR issues facing nonprofits today. We’ll be discussing recruitment and retention, how to work through challenging staffing situations, performance management, State & Federal compliance, succession planning, and hybrid/remote working policies, and more!
This webinar will be facilitated by Helena D. Van Voorst, Executive Director of the United Way of Addison County, and Sarah Audet, Principal, Hedgehog + Fox Collaborative, LLC.
Panelists Include:
