For many business owners, the best option is to sell to those already involved in the business such as family members, managers, or the broader group of employees. In this webinar, you will learn the basics of how to assess and prepare for internal exit paths. Following an overview of general ownership succession principles and considerations, we will take a close look at three different ways of selling a business: to family members, to managers, and to the larger group of employees.

Certified Exit Planning Advisor Mark Beliveau of Gallagher, Flynn & Co. will be our lead presenter, and Don Jamison from the Vermont Employee Ownership Center will present a segment on selling a company to its employees through an ESOP or cooperative.
